Confidentiality
What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. Protecting each member's privacy is essential to creating a secure and trusted sanctuary for healing.
Respectful Dialogue
We listen with intent and speak with kindness. Recognizing the unique journey of every individual allows for connection without judgment.
Compassion
We meet each other with an open heart. Faith transition can be a vulnerable season; we aim to be a soft place for others to land.
No Harassment
Safety is non-negotiable. Any form of harassment, hate speech, or belittling behavior will result in immediate removal from the collective.
Support-Focused
Our circles are support-focused, not debate-based. We focus on personal transition and rebuilding life, rather than circular theological arguments.
Note: Members are welcome to share difficult experiences while staying respectful toward people of all beliefs and backgrounds.
